Not satisfied with your product or would like to exchange it?

In principle, the customer is entitled to return the goods within 14 calendar days from the order date. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer. The following products are excluded:

• Bulk orders for Interclub balls
• Bulk orders for team clothing

The right of return expires in any case if the product is no longer in its original packaging, i.e., especially if the racket is strung, if the grip protection is removed, etc.

To return an item, please announce via email in advance and then send it with a brief text in the package to the following address:
