General Terms and Conditions

We want you to be satisfied with our deliveries and services. This principle guides our actions because only then can we hope that you will remain our customer in the long term. This is also the basis of our "General Terms and Conditions", to which we accept your order.

1. Scope These general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by customers resident in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein via the online shop of the company Tennis Factory Bopp AG, Industriestrasse 47a, 8304 Wallisellen. For all offers, sales, and other services, the following conditions are deemed agreed between the contracting parties. By placing an order, the customer declares that he is aware of our delivery conditions and agrees to them. Delivery by us does not constitute acceptance of different conditions. Deviations from these conditions require a special written agreement for their validity. The same applies to statements or promises made by our representatives.

2. Prices All our prices are inclusive of VAT. The price list valid on the day of delivery applies. The appearance of a new catalog renders all previous prices invalid. Prices are ex warehouse in Wallisellen. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

3. Shipping Costs For each shopping cart under 350 CHF, we charge Fr. 7.50 shipping costs. From a shopping cart value of 350 CHF, we ship free of charge. The choice of shipping method is at our discretion.

4. Technical Data All information on weights, dimensions, capacities, load capacities, etc. is without obligation. Changes in terms of color, material, and changes in the sense of technical progress remain reserved.

5. Illustrations and Dimensions in brochures and price lists correspond to the state at the time of printing. Construction-related changes or price increases are reserved.

6. Special Productions will only be carried out by us in a binding manner if the dimensional sketch prepared by us is confirmed in writing by the buyer. Prices and payment terms will be agreed separately here.

7. Orders Written orders are only valid if they are truthfully completed and legally signed. We are not obligated to accept and execute an order.

8. Acceptance of Order Orders only become binding for us when we have confirmed them in writing or delivered them.

9. Delivery Times The delivery times stated by us are non-binding. We reserve the right to make partial deliveries. The delivery obligation ends if delivery is wholly or partially impossible due to force majeure or other unforeseeable events. This also applies if these circumstances occur with one of our suppliers. We undertake to inform our customers in good time in the event of delays or impossibility of delivery and performance.

10. Invoicing / Payment Purchase on invoice (including installment payment) is handled by CembraPay AG. The GTC and privacy policy of CembraPay AG apply.

11. Retention of Title The delivered goods remain our property until full payment of the total claim. We are authorized to have the retention of title entered at the buyer's place of residence in the retention of title register.

12. Transport Damages The delivered goods must be checked immediately for any transport damage upon receipt. Damage to the packaging must be noted immediately on the delivery note. Damage that only becomes apparent after opening the shipment must be reported to the respective carrier (Post, DHL, truck) within 24 hours by a damage report.

13. Exchange If we agree to a requested exchange by the customer, the customer must bear all costs incurred. For exchange deliveries at our request, we bear the costs.

14. Packaging The packaging does not necessarily have to correspond to the illustrated packaging. We reserve the right to ship individual products from large units without original packaging.

15. Jurisdiction The place of jurisdiction and performance is 8304 Wallisellen for both parties.
