We make the decision easy and risk-free for you. This is how our testing system works:
- Full Flexibility: Choose up to three test rackets and put them through their paces for 7 days.
- Fair Fee: We charge a flat fee of 15 CHF per test racket.
- Money Back: If you decide to purchase a new racket within two weeks of testing, we will fully credit you the fees for up to 3 test rackets (max. 45 CHF). This effectively makes your test free!
How to secure your credit: Simply request your voucher from us via email shortly after the test. We will then deduct it directly from your new dream racket.

Important Details on the Testing Process
When do I need to return the rackets?
Please return the test rackets to us no later than the seventh day after receipt (postmark counts). This ensures that other players also have the chance to find their perfect racket.
What happens if a restringing is needed?
Our test rackets come to you with a high-quality standard stringing. Should you return the racket with your own, different stringing, we will charge a fee of 50 CHF for professional restringing by our experts.
