We want you to be satisfied with our deliveries and services. This principle guides our actions, as it is the only way we can hope to retain you as a customer in the long term. This is also the basis of our "General Terms and Conditions" under which we accept your order.

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by customers residing in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein via the online shop of Tennis Factory Bopp AG, Industriestrasse 47a, 8304 Wallisellen. By placing an order, the customer declares that they are aware of our terms of delivery and agree to them. Deviations require a written agreement.

2. Prices

All our prices include VAT. The price list valid on the day of delivery applies. With the publication of a new catalogue, all previous prices become invalid.

3. Shipping Costs

• Shopping cart under CHF 150: CHF 9.95 shipping costs
• From CHF 150: free shipping
• We reserve the right to choose the shipping method.

Vouchers are considered an item in the shopping cart. If the shopping cart value falls below CHF 150 after redeeming vouchers, shipping costs will be charged.

For returns, CHF 9.95 will be deducted from the refund amount if the original shopping cart was over CHF 150, but falls below this amount due to the return(s).

4. Technical Data

All information regarding weights, dimensions, capacities, and load-bearing capacities is non-binding. Changes are reserved.

5. Illustrations and Dimensions

Illustrations and dimensions in brochures correspond to the status at the time of printing. Subject to change.

6. Custom-made products

Custom-made products will only be carried outbindingly once the sketch confirmed by the buyer has been received. Prices and payment terms will be agreed upon separately.

7. Orders

Orders are only valid if they are completely filled out and legally signed. We reserve the right to refuse orders.

8. Order Acceptance

Orders are only binding for us once we confirm them in writing or deliver them.

9. Delivery Times

Delivery times are non-binding. Delays due to force majeure or unforeseen events exclude liability. Partial deliveries are possible.

10. Invoicing / Payment

Purchase on account is processed by CembraPay AG. The terms and conditions and the privacy policy of CembraPay AG apply.

11. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received. An entry in the register of retention of title is possible.

12. Transport Damage

The goods must be checked for transport damage immediately upon receipt. Damage must be reported to the carrier within 24 hours.

13. Exchange

In the event of an exchange at the customer's request, the customer bears the costs. In the event of an exchange due to our fault, we will bear the costs.

14. Packaging

The packaging does not have to match the packaging shown. Individual products may be delivered without original packaging.

15. Test Rackets

• Test period: 7 days from receipt of goods
• Return by the 10th day at the latest
• Test fee: CHF 15 per racket, including voucher
• Late return: CHF 15 per day
• Original condition required, otherwise CHF 50 for re-stringing

16. Place of Jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction and performance for both parties is 8304 Wallisellen.
