General Terms and Conditions

We want you to be satisfied with our deliveries and services. This principle guides our actions, as it is the only way we can hope for you to remain our customer in the long term. This is also the basis of our General Terms and Conditions, under which we accept your order.

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by customers residing in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein via the online shop of Tennis Factory Bopp AG, Industriestrasse 47a, 8304 Wallisellen.

By placing an order, the customer declares that they are aware of our delivery terms and agree to them. Deviations require a written agreement.

2. Prices

All our prices include VAT. The price list valid on the day of delivery applies. With the publication of a new catalog, all previous prices become invalid.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shopping cart under CHF 150.–: CHF 9.95 shipping costs
  • From CHF 150.–: free shipping
  • The choice of shipping method is at our discretion.

Vouchers are considered a shopping cart item. If the shopping cart value falls below CHF 150.– after redeeming vouchers, shipping costs will be charged.

For returns, CHF 9.95 will be deducted from the refund amount if the original shopping cart was over CHF 150.– but falls below this amount due to the return or returns.

4. Technical Data

All information regarding weights, dimensions, capacities, and load-bearing capacities are non-binding. Changes are reserved.

5. Illustrations and Dimensions

Illustrations and dimensions in brochures correspond to the status at the time of printing. Changes are reserved.

6. Custom Orders

Custom orders will only be definitively executed once the sketch confirmed by the buyer is available. Prices and payment terms will be agreed upon separately.

7. Orders

Orders are only valid if they are completely filled out and legally signed. We reserve the right to refuse orders.

8. Order Acceptance

Orders are only binding for us once we confirm them in writing or deliver them.

9. Delivery Times

Delivery times are non-binding. In-stock items are usually shipped within 1–2 business days within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. If an item is not in stock, the estimated delivery time will be displayed directly with the respective item. Liability is excluded for delays due to force majeure or unforeseen events. Partial deliveries are possible.

10. Invoicing and Payment

Purchases on account are processed by CembraPay AG. The GTC of CembraPay AG and the privacy policy of CembraPay AG apply.

11. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment. An entry in the retention of title register is possible.

12. Transport Damage

Important: The goods must be checked immediately upon receipt for transport damage.

Damage must be reported to the carrier within 24 hours.

13. Exchanges

In the event of an exchange at the customer's request, the customer bears the costs. In the event of an exchange due to our fault, we bear the costs.

14. Packaging

The packaging does not have to correspond to the packaging shown. Individual products may be delivered without original packaging.

15. Test Rackets

  • Test period: 7 days from receipt of goods
  • Return no later than the 10th day
  • Test fee: CHF 15.– per racket including voucher
  • Late return: CHF 15.– per day
  • Original condition required, otherwise CHF 50.– for a new stringing

16. Place of Jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction and performance for both parties is 8304 Wallisellen.
