Years of Tennis Factory
Our Story.
What started in 2019 as a specialized tennis stringing business evolved under the leadership of Joel into one of the leading destinations for racket sports in Switzerland. Daily work with players, tournament equipment, and individual setups led to deep material expertise that goes far beyond traditional sales.
With the rise of Padel, we consistently applied this know-how and built Padel Factory. Our goal is clear: We don't sell standard products; instead, we configure rackets as precise tools — tailored to the playing style, level, and demands of each individual athlete.
Since 2026, we have expanded this approach to golf. At Golf Factory, we apply our philosophy to clubs, balls, and fittings: understand, analyze, optimize. Whether it's tennis, padel, or golf — we always focus on the interplay of material, technique, and personality.

Joel Bopp
At 16, Joel seriously thought he could become a professional tennis player — which was about as realistic as winning the Tour de France on a tricycle. Today, at least he knows how to sell rackets, even if he doesn't win titles. His signature shot: the double fault.

Rain or shine — Gasperinho is almost always motivated and in a good mood. Making others happy or making them laugh is as special to him as what his favorite player achieved 20 times: winning a Grand Slam title. No wonder — he even has Roger Federer as his phone wallpaper. As a trained fashion consultant, Gasperinho recently turned his hobby into a profession, fully integrating his passion for tennis into his daily work.

Marc has been playing tennis since he could walk. Nevertheless, he rarely makes it to the court these days.
However, he shows his greatest consistency not on the tennis court, but at the Asian restaurant: 2 extra portions of rice are as natural to him as the racket is to a match.

When I stepped into the phone booth in 1989 to call the tennis shop for a job, I had no idea that a long journey was beginning. A journey where rackets transformed from wood to carbon.
In 2000, a second passion emerged: golf. The years pass, but the enthusiasm remains, and with a bit of luck, so does the figure.

Originally only came by to quickly mop the floor. Somehow stayed. Prefers to sweep diagonally, wipes with perfect timing, and leaves the room before anyone notices he was there.
Says little, works cleanly, leaves no trace — except reverence. Insists that the brooms are always properly strung and the floor remains Wimbledon-worthy.

Stringing and Sales
Tino Valsangiacomo
Tino knows only one speed on the tennis court: 100 percent or nothing at all. That's why, in addition to plenty of errors, there are also occasional minor or major injuries. His solution: He studies chiropractic as a side job so he can adjust himself after the next misstep. His biggest goal: to eventually become as good at playing tennis as he is at stringing rackets.

Milena Bopp
While others are still discussing, Milena's figures are already correct. She knows what comes in, what goes out, and where to look twice. Receipts don't disappear with her — at most, they reappear.
She keeps the business financially together, stays calm when others get nervous, and asks the one question everyone fears: "Do you still have the receipt?" Especially effective when directed at the boss — who happens to be her son.

Artem Nazarenko
Artem came for a language internship to learn a language and by no means to have anything to do with tennis. But everything turned out completely differently than planned: Instead of textbooks, there was a machine and rackets, and the strings proved to be a language of their own — with no room for error. He still can't distinguish between different string types at first glance, but he has an excellent feel for the right tension. And as it turned out, work simply doesn't happen without Coca-Cola.

Raphael Bürgin
Originally came to "just fix the Wi-Fi." Has since become an integral part of the infrastructure. Always knows what's wrong, but first says, "Hold on, I'll quickly check." After 30 seconds, everything works again — nobody knows why.
Prefers dark screens with light text, doesn't trust automatic updates, and has developed a natural distrust of printers (rightfully so).

Denita Gashi
Although Denita works in a tennis shop, she's more of a spectator than a player herself. While she can easily sell a tennis racket, when it comes to playing, she prefers to leave hitting the ball to the pros.
As a commercial apprentice, she has now settled in well among tennis shoes, rackets, and countless balls. And even if she doesn't know every technical term on the court from personal experience, she knows after a day of work that tennis apparently consists of much more than just "hitting the ball over the net."
In her free time, Denita likes to exchange her workday for time with her friends. Because no matter whether on the tennis court, in the shop, or somewhere completely without a racket: for a good mood, she doesn't really need any special equipment.
