Test period & return

7-day test: You have a full 7 days after receipt to put your test racket through its paces. We want to make sure you have enough time to really experience the feel of the game.
On-time return: Please return the test racket(s) no later than the tenth day after receipt. This ensures that other tennis enthusiasts also have the opportunity to test our rackets.
Voucher & costs

15 CHF voucher: After payment, you will receive a voucher worth 15 CHF, which you can redeem to purchase a racket. Simply request this by email.
Stringing costs: If you send the racket back with a different stringing than the original one, we will charge a fee of 50 CHF for the new stringing.
