The test period is 7 days after receipt of the goods. Please return the test racket(s) to us by the seventh day at the latest, as other customers also want to test them.
After payment, you will receive a voucher worth 15 Swiss francs per test racket, which you can request by email and deduct from the price when purchasing a racket. Please note: A maximum of test fees for up to 3 test rackets can be credited. This means you will receive a maximum voucher worth CHF 45.–
If you do not return the racket with the same stringing, an additional CHF 50 for stringing will be irrevocably charged to you.
