SPIDER STABILITY

A high-density 303 stainless steel front and a lightweight 6061 aerospace aluminum back form the ideal basis for a high MOI. The precise center of gravity placement and extreme perimeter weighting increase stability and moment of inertia, allowing you to consistently repeat your putting stroke while benefiting from even greater stability.

LOW-TORQUE DESIGN

The KBS shaft is positioned directly in line with the center of gravity with a slight forward lean and inserted 25 millimeters behind the leading edge. This creates a toe-up alignment that increases stability throughout the stroke. The SuperStroke 1.0 Pistol grip is also aligned to support the forward lean of the shaft and minimize additional loft at impact.

IMPROVED SOLE CURVATURE

TaylorMade engineers designed the Spider ZT with a new, optimized sole curvature that suits a wide range of players. The curvature of the sole works with the toe-shifted hosel design to promote proper alignment and clean ground contact. This allows you to precisely align the clubface to your target at address.

PREMIUM MILLED TRUE PATH™ ALIGNMENT

True Path™ alignment has been one of the key features of the Spider series since the first models. However, it has been reinterpreted for the Spider ZT. Finely milled lines are located on the top of the 303 stainless steel face, corresponding exactly to the width of a golf ball. This makes it easy and precise to center the putter behind the ball every time at address.

PURE ROLL™ INSERT

The Pure Roll™ insert, made from a combination of Surlyn and aluminum, features grooves with a 45-degree angle. These promote improved forward roll of the ball while also providing optimized sound and feel.
