Description
The GT-2000™ 14 is designed to create an energized and supportive running experience. A trampoline-inspired forefoot is featured on the medial side of the outsole. This provides better stability and a more balanced toe-off. The midsole has been updated with an FF BLAST™ MAX cushioning unit. This foam creates a more energized toe-off and also offers cloud-like softness during the landing phase of the stride.
- Woven Mesh Upper - Breathable material keeps your feet dry
- Asymmetrical Tongue Wing - A tongue feature designed for a comfortable and secure midfoot feel while helping to reduce tongue movement.
- Trampoline-inspired outsole - Our outsole and midsole design that captures energy return for an enhanced foam bounce effect on toe-off.
- 3D GUIDANCE SYSTEM™ - Adaptive, on-demand stability system that is achieved through platform geometry and controlled deformation.
- Rearfoot PureGEL™ Technology - Softer, updated version of our GEL™ technology. Approximately 65% softer than standard GEL™ technology.
- FF BLAST™ MAX cushioning - One of our most energetic midsole foams, complimented with cloud-like softness and a responsive energy return on every stride.
- OrthoLite™ X-30 Sockliner - A sockliner that provides cushioning performance and moisture management for a cooler, drier environment.
- AHARPLUS™ heel plug rubber - ASICS' premium high-abrasion resistance rubber on the heel that is approximately three times more durable than standard outsole rubber.
- AHAR™ LO outsole rubber - A lower-density rubber on key areas of the outsole for reliable grip and traction without sacrificing durability.
- Reflective Details - Designed to improve visibility in low-light conditions.
- At least 50% of the shoe's main upper material is made with recycled content to reduce waste and carbon emissions
- The sockliner is produced with the solution dyeing process that reduces water usage by many times.
