The trial period is 7 days from receipt of the goods. Please return the test racket(s) to us by the seventh day at the latest, as other customers would also like to test them.
After payment, you will be credited with a voucher worth 15 francs per test racket, which you can request by email and deduct from the price when purchasing a racket. Please note: a maximum of the testing fees for up to 3 test rackets can be credited. This means you will receive a maximum voucher value of CHF 45.–.
If you do not return the racket with the same stringing, you will be irrevocably charged an additional 50 CHF for the restringing.
